Rich experience
- As a factory that has been deeply engaged in the production of wood grinders for 23 years, we boast a 120,000-square-meter production base and a workforce of 500 employees. We are equipped with various professional finishing equipment, enable us to achieve high-precision processing during the product manufacturing process. This ensures that the parts of our wood grinders are processed with a fineness reaching the top level in the industry, thereby enhancing the overall performance and quality reliability of our products. Our long-term industry presence has endowed us with profound technical expertise and rich production experience. This enables us to quickly respond to market demands, solve various technical problems, and continuously introduce high-quality wood grinders products that meet the diverse needs of customers and lead the market.
Innovation
- We innovatively applied a product design combining a crawler chassis with a wood grinder, enabling the originally immobile wood grinder to achieve free movement and possess off-road climbing capabilities. For outdoor application scenarios, our fully hydraulic wood grinder adopts diesel-powered hydraulic motors. Controlled through hydraulic distribution valves for feeding and discharging systems, it delivers rapid operational response, 30% more fuel-efficient than traditional crushers while maintaining excellent safety. The entire machine contains no high-voltage electricity or electric motors, ensuring reliable quality and exceptional performance. It stands as the optimal choice for outdoor wood crushing operations.
