Both Unimax horizontal and tub grinders excel at processing wood waste into saleable products. Choosing between a horizontal grinder and a tub grinder depends on your specific needs, including the types of materials you need to process, desired output size and consistency, mobility requirements, space availability, and budget considerations. Horizontal grinders allow for continuous feeding of long and straight material, while tub grinders are ideal at processing bulky and irregularly shaped materials like whole trees, stumps, brush, and demolition debris.
The tub grinder has two types of blade and hammer on the rotor, the hammer can be used to crush wood with nails such as building templates, and the blade is more suitable for crushing waste wood, tree roots, tree stumps, branches, building templates, board skin, cotton stalks, corn stalks, straw, stalks, etc.
The Horizontal grinders allow for continuous feeding of long and straight material such as timber, branches, slab, batten, wood core, roots, bark, waste veneer, particle board, fiber board, sugarcane, reed, bamboo. etc.

For a single machine or a simple line,we provide you foundation drawing ,installation instruction books or sucessful installed machinery picture or video, for large machines and complex productioin line, we could send our engineers to guide the installation if necessary
